Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city with easy access to trams and shops. However, the room was quite small, uncomfortable, and had a lingering smell of smoke that wasn’t pleasant. While the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, the noise from the bar below kept me up at night. Overall, it felt like a good spot for exploring but the sleep situation was definitely challenging.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which was well-placed just a short walk from many restaurants and vibrant spots. The rooms were small but very clean and cozy, and I really enjoyed having breakfast served right to my room. On the downside, some aspects of the service could be improved, but overall, it was a good experience for the price.
The hotel offers a nice view over Kılıç Ali Pasa Hamam and the rooms are generally clean, but I did encounter issues with hot water for two out of my four days there. The front office, housekeeping, and managers were always welcoming and ready to help me with anything I needed, which I appreciated. However, the stay could have been better if the rooms had been in perfect condition, as cleanliness was a bit of an issue.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, with beautiful and well-decorated rooms that matched the pictures I saw online. The service was polite and helpful, although I felt they could improve their English communication. The location was fantastic, right near public transport and lots of great spots to explore. On the downside, the lack of air conditioning in some areas made things a bit uncomfortable during warmer days.
My stay was a mixed bag. I really enjoyed the glorious view over Kılıc Ali Pasa Hamam from my room, which added a special touch to my experience. However, I found the cleanliness of the room to be rather disappointing, which is not ideal. The service had its ups and downs—some staff were quite professional and helpful, while one interaction was frankly unpleasant. Locationally, the hotel is very well-situated, close to the tram stop and within walking distance of key attractions, yet the entry through a paid autopark can be cumbersome.
